Banana Pancakes

Makes 6-8 small pancakes

1 cup rolled oats

¾ cup milk

1 banana

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

Optional add ins: chocolate chips, nuts, blueberries

  1. Measure and put all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium speed for no more than one minute until batter is a smooth consistency. Feel free to add in any chocolate chips, blueberries, or nuts after blending.

  2. Allow batter to sit and grease a griddle or pan with oil, butter, or cooking spray and set to medium-low heat.
