Makes 6-8 small pancakes
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
¾ cup milk
1 banana
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Optional add ins: chocolate chips, nuts, blueberries
Directions:
Measure and put all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium speed for no more than one minute until batter is a smooth consistency. Feel free to add in any chocolate chips, blueberries, or nuts after blending.
Allow batter to sit and grease a griddle or pan with oil, butter, or cooking spray and set to medium-low heat.
Once griddle or pan is at temperature, use a 1/3 measuring cup to spoon batter onto pan. Once bubbles begin to form on the pancakes, flip and cook until golden brown.
Top with butter, maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Pair with eggs, sausage, yogurt, or whatever your heart desires and enjoy!
