Peach Cobbler Protein Bowl


Olive oil spray

1 ripe peach, diced

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt

1 tbsp walnuts, pistachios or slivered almonds

1/4-1/2 cup raw oats

Drizzle of maple syrup or honey, optional


  • Heat a small skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with oil.

  • Add the peaches, cinnamon and oats (if desired, I like to leave my oats raw!). Leave undisturbed and cook for 1 minute. Mix and cook an additional minute.

  • Scoop 1 cup of cottage cheese or Greek yogurt into bowl.

  • Top each bowl with the peache mixture, oats and nuts. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
