Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Servings: 1


1/2 cup rolled oats (regular or gluten free)

1/2 cup milk of choice

2 TBSP pumpkin purée

1 TBSP flaxseeds

2 tsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp pumpkin spice

Dash of sea salt

1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Top with pumpkin seeds if desired!


Add oats to bowl or mason jar and cover with milk. Add all other ingredients on top, cover and store in the fridge overnight. In the morning, mix together all ingredients and enjoy.
