Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place salmon skin side down on baking sheet. Coat salmon fillet in olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
Cut lemon in half and squeeze the juice of one half onto each fillet. Allow lemon to bake on the baking sheet with the fish.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Squeeze remaining lemon juice onto the fillets.
Serve with rice and vegetable of choice.
