Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp peanut butter powder or scoop of peanut butter protein
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Fruit and nuts to top
Directions:
In small pot add milk of choice and a sprinkle of cinnamon over medium-low heat.
When milk begins to simmer, add in oats, chia seeds, and peanut butter powder. Continue to stir and cook until oats are soft.
Add in maple syrup and pour into bowl.
Top with favorite fruit and nuts.
