Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (save ½ of one and thinly slice for topping)
2 cups milk
½ cup water
1 egg
⅓ cup peanut butter or almond butter
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
3 cups rolled oats
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seed
½ - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Toppings:
¼ cup blueberries
4 large strawberries thinly sliced
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl combine wet ingredients: mash 2 ½ bananas, maple syrup, peanut butter and milk.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients: oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon and salt.
Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix to combine. Dump into a greased 9x13 pan and make a flag design with blueberries, strawberries and bananas.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Serve topped with extra fruit and/or chopped walnuts if desired.
